Annual Impact Review

Helping Arizonans Age with Confidence

37,423 Arizonans served by AllThrive 365, thanks to your generosity.

Since 1974, AllThrive 365 has stood at the intersection of housing and health care, offering a wide range of services to ensure that Arizona shines as a beacon of health and joy for every decade of life.

A Message From Leadership

“As I reflect on 2024, I am filled with gratitude and awe for the extraordinary year we’ve had at AllThrive 365. This year, we celebrated 50 years of empowering Arizonans to age with confidence, hosted Governor Hobbs for a pivotal listening session on homelessness and housing, and added Northwest Valley Connect to the AllThrive 365’s programs to expand transportation options for low-income residents. We also broke ground on new affordable housing in Wickenburg, laying the foundation—literally and figuratively—for brighter futures.

None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of our community, who share our belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive. Thank you for standing with us as we continue building a future where all Arizonans can live with dignity and hope.”

Char & Stan posing together at an AllThrive 365 event for St.Patty's day

Char and Stan’s retirement didn’t go as planned. After a car accident forced Char to close her business in her late 30s and Stan later suffered his own disabling injury, they found themselves navigating financial and emotional challenges while adjusting to life on fixed incomes. In the face of rising costs, AllThrive 365’s Wickenburg Senior Center became their lifeline, offering healthy meals, community, and support. Today, Char and Stan are thriving, thanks to the resources that help them age with dignity and confidence.

Sharon is a Phoenix retiree who faced unbearable summers in her aging manufactured home, where her outdated air conditioner left her struggling with $300+ energy bills. With no way to afford a $20,000 replacement, Sharon was on the brink of giving up the home she cherished. Thanks to FSL’s Weatherization Program, Sharon’s story took a hopeful turn. The team installed a new air conditioner, furnace, and water heater, sealing her home to ensure comfort and safety against Arizona’s extreme heat. Today, Sharon’s utility bills are manageable, and her home is a cool, safe haven.

Ray’s story is one of dedication and connection. An 81-year-old of Blackfoot descent, Ray served as a military officer and police chief before retiring to Cottonwood, Arizona. In 2015, he became the first to apply for an apartment at FSL’s Highland Square, where he’s been a pillar of the community ever since. Despite living with COPD, Ray remains active, knowing every resident by name and supporting his neighbors in meaningful ways—like delivering holiday packages during the pandemic. His resilience and kindness make Highland Square more than a home; it’s a true community.

Rafael and Martina married in 2018 and have built a life of teamwork and companionship in Avondale, Arizona, supported by FSL’s affordable housing and onsite health programs. With the guidance of Yvonne, a FSL community health worker, they’ve deepened their bonds with neighbors, joined enriching activities, and avoided scams that often target seniors. Rafael and Martina exemplify how FSL empowers residents to live independently with dignity, joy, and a true sense of belonging.
