Built in 2021, our Glendale Adult Day Health Center provides a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for adults (18+) living with physical, cognitive, or developmental disabilities and medical conditions. We understand the challenges caregivers face, and our program is designed to offer respite care, giving families peace of mind while their loved ones receive expert care and stimulating activities.
At our center, participants enjoy personalized, enriching experiences tailored to their unique needs and interests. Whether through creative arts, group activities, or wellness programs, we foster social connections, independence, and confidence in a vibrant community setting. Our trained staff works closely with families to develop individualized plans that promote well-being and engagement.

Understanding Eligibility for Adult Day Health
Clients must meet certain criteria to qualify for AllThrive 365’s Adult Day Health Centers:
- Must be 18 years or older
