Peoria Healthy Aging Center
At the William L. Patena Community Center, AllThrive 365 provides a welcoming space for adults age 60+ to build connections, engage in activities, and access essential services that support their well-being. Our dedicated staff fosters a warm, inclusive atmosphere, offering programs designed to help members stay active, engaged, and healthy — whether through exploring new hobbies, attending educational workshops, or simply enjoying a cup of coffee with others.
In addition to our aging-focused programs, AllThrive 365 operates the onsite Community Action Program, helping Peoria community members navigate critical resources such as rental and utility assistance, food programs, and other support services. Everyone faces challenges at some point in life, and we’re here to provide guidance, resources, and a helping hand to ensure no one has to navigate those hardships alone.
