FSL's Christmas Angels Program Spreads Holiday Cheer to Over 300 Arizonans
This holiday season, FSL’s annual Christmas Angels program brought joy to over 300 Arizonans, including residents of affordable housing communities, Assisted Group Living clients, and participants in Adult Day Health Center programs. Thanks to the generosity of volunteers and sponsors, gifts were delivered to low-income seniors and adults with serious mental illness across Maricopa County, ensuring they felt loved and valued during the holidays.
The Christmas Angels program invites individuals and companies to sponsor a gift for FSL clients, helping those in need experience the magic of the holiday season. This year, more than 300 wrapped gifts were contributed by individual donors and distributed to FSL’s program participants. Common requests were for socks, sweaters, and blankets – luxuries to many that make the holiday season just a little more comfortable.
FSL was blown away by the community support shown to Christmas Angels – Santa appreciated the help too!

Through programs like Christmas Angels, FSL continues its mission of providing resources, information, support, and education to over 40,000 Arizonans annually. As our population continues to age, the need for programs that promote dignity and quality of life among vulnerable populations is more important than ever.
